1. Platform Overview

Our platform facilitates connections between two types of users:

Clients

Businesses and individuals seeking SEO services, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.

Freelancers

Certified SEO professionals offering their expertise in search engine optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing services.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain only one active account per person or business
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Account Verification

Freelancers: Must complete identity verification and provide proof of SEO expertise or certifications.

Clients: May require business verification for enterprise accounts and large projects.

3. User Responsibilities

For Clients

  • Provide clear, accurate project descriptions and requirements
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with freelancers
  • Make payments promptly according to agreed terms
  • Provide necessary access and information for project completion
  • Leave honest feedback and ratings after project completion

For Freelancers

  • Accurately represent your skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Deliver work according to agreed specifications and timelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and projects
  • Follow SEO best practices and ethical guidelines
  • Respond promptly to client communications and requests

4. Project Management & Payments

Payment System

  • All payments are processed through our secure escrow system
  • Funds are held in escrow until project milestones are completed
  • Platform fees: 10% for freelancers, 3% for clients
  • Payments are released based on agreed milestones and client approval

Project Guidelines

  • All project discussions must occur on the platform
  • Work must be original and comply with search engine guidelines
  • Clients retain ownership of deliverables upon payment
  • Freelancers may showcase work in portfolios with client consent

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Black hat SEO practices (keyword stuffing, link schemes, cloaking)
  • Bypassing platform payment systems
  • Creating fake accounts or manipulating ratings
  • Sharing contact information to conduct business off-platform
  • Uploading malicious content or attempting to hack the platform
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior

6. Dispute Resolution

Direct Communication

Users should first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication on the platform.

If direct resolution fails, our support team will mediate the dispute impartially.

Final Decision

Platform decisions are final and may include refunds, account restrictions, or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform serves as a marketplace facilitating connections between clients and freelancers. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality of work delivered by freelancers
  • Client payment disputes beyond our mediation process
  • SEO results or search engine ranking improvements
  • Third-party integrations or external website issues
  • Loss of business or indirect damages

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
